At KuKirin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electric scooter or bike. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all accessories, chargers, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our designated regional service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
